Refund Policy

1. Nature of Service

GoodToolOnline (operated by cengxuyuan) provides digital data curation and technical listing services. By utilizing our paid services (the "Priority Listing Processing"), you acknowledge that the fee is for the Manual Review and Platform Exhibition of your submission. Our service is successfully rendered once your product is reviewed and displayed within our directory.

2. No Guarantee of External Results

Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis. We expressly disclaim any guarantee regarding external performance metrics. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Volume or quality of website traffic.
• Conversion rates, sales, or lead generation.
• Inclusion in or rankings on third-party search engine results (SEO).
• User engagement or feedback levels.

3. Refund Eligibility

Due to the non-reversible nature of digital service execution, refund eligibility is strictly limited to the following scenarios:

• Permanent Rejection: If your tool is permanently rejected by our review team for not meeting our quality guidelines.
• Technical Non-Delivery: If we fail to perform the platform exhibition of your approved tool within the scheduled timeframe. Please note that temporary display delays resolved within 24 hours of the scheduled slot do not qualify for a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be granted in scenarios including, but not limited to:

• Listing is Active: Once your tool has been reviewed and successfully listed on any part of our platform.
• Lack of Engagement: Dissatisfaction with the amount of traffic, clicks, or votes received.
• Change of Mind: Cancellation requests submitted after the technical manual review process has been initiated.
• Violation of Terms: If your listing is removed due to a subsequent violation of our content guidelines.

5. Processing Claims

To initiate a refund request under eligible conditions, please email support@goodtool.online with your Order ID. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method through PayPal within 5-10 business days.
